Before I see yet another specialist or try another alternative medicine, I do my research and find ones tha have a solid reputation in their domain. So far, the doctors have provided me with few answers and have left me to fend for myself.
As for the alternative medicine, I always try to keep an open mind but am not someone who believes blindly in it. If I don't see results, then I don't continue.

- gynecologist
- endocrinologist (diagnosed with reactive hypoglycemia)
- neurologist
- pneumologist
- immunologist (diagnosed me with ME and Chronic Candidose)
- internal medicine (diagnosed with Coeliac)
- allergy consultant
Alternative Medecine tried:
- auricular acupuncture (two visits but not convinced)
- conscious hypnosis/rebirthing (helped with an emotional issue but saw no difference physically)
- TIPI Method (not convinced)
- colon irrigation (definately helped)
- reiki (only one session but already very eye-opening - worth continuing)
- reflexology (not yet convinced)
- chiropractioner (great for mechanical problems, aches and pains)
- acupuncture & kinesiology (not convinced)
